Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Zoran Bet platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Zoran Bet is operated from Harare, Zimbabwe, and is licensed by The Lotteries and Gaming Board of Zimbabwe under the Lotteries and Gaming Act [Chapter 10:26]. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use our platform
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed
• You must not use the platform from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited

3. Account Registration

When you create an account, you must provide a valid phone number, username, and password. We may require identity verification documents at any time to comply with regulatory requirements. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension or closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Deposits are processed through approved payment methods (Telebirr, M-Pesa)
• Minimum deposit amount is 10 ETB
• Minimum withdrawal amount is 10 ETB
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1 hour during business hours
• We reserve the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals
• Only one pending withdrawal request is allowed at a time

5. Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement
• Minimum stake is 20 ETB per bet
• Single bets and accumulator bets (2 or more selections) are supported
• Odds are subject to change. The odds at the time of bet placement are final
• Bets are settled based on official results from recognized sports governing bodies
• In the event of a postponed or cancelled match, the affected leg is voided
• We reserve the right to void bets placed in error or with incorrect odds

6. Virtual Games

• Virtual game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG)
• Game rules and payout tables are displayed within each game
• Results are final and cannot be disputed
• We reserve the right to void games affected by technical errors or malfunctions

7. Responsible Gaming

Zoran Bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We encourage you to:

• Set personal deposit limits and stick to them
• Never bet more than you can afford to lose
• Take regular breaks from gaming
• Not use gaming as a source of income
• Contact our support team if you feel your gaming behavior is becoming problematic

We offer self-exclusion tools that allow you to temporarily or permanently restrict access to your account.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or glitches for profit
• Money laundering or any form of financial fraud
• Collusion with other users to manipulate outcomes
• Providing false identity information

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zoran Bet provides its services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or incorrect information from third-party data providers. Our maximum liability is limited to the balance in your account at the time of the incident.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall first be addressed through our customer support team. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to The Lotteries and Gaming Board of Zimbabwe, whose decision shall be final and binding. All disputes are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our platform. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
